Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities for chains and conveyor systems. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and OEMs. Expand business in the Sugar, Steel, and Cement industries. Market & Customer Management Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis. Generate new leads and maintain long-term customer relationships. Sales & Order Management Prepare technical-commercial offers, quotations, and proposals. Negotiate commercial terms and close sales to achieve targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution. Reporting Maintain CRM records, sales reports, customer database, and sales pipeline. Submit regular sales and market activity reports. Required Skills Strong technical and commercial acumen. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
