Key Responsibilities Assist in the installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment at customer sites. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance under the guidance of senior engineers. Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues. Conduct site inspections and prepare service reports. Coordinate with customers to resolve technical issues promptly. Maintain service records and documentation. Follow company safety procedures and technical standards. Travel to customer locations for service and support as required. Required Skills Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong communication and customer-handling abilities. Willingness to travel extensively for field work. Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting.
