Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and stores departments. Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain production reports, shift records, and daily documentation. Identify production issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety procedures. Train and guide operators and helpers to improve productivity and quality. Required Skills Good knowledge of manufacturing and shop floor operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to handle manpower and production planning. Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and production processes. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
