Key Responsibilities Handle parent enquiries through calls and walk-ins. Maintain student records and update documentation accurately. Prepare and maintain MS Excel sheets and administrative reports. Manage uniform, books, and stationery inventory. Handle the school's social media accounts and online engagement. Create and post photos/videos on social media platforms. Plan and coordinate school activities and events. Coordinate and manage teachers and support staff (Maushi). Ensure smooth day-to-day office administration and record keeping. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations. Basic knowledge of social media management and content posting. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Creative mindset for planning school activities.
