• Key Responsibilities Supervise daily MS fabrication shop operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage fabrication processes such as cutting, welding, grinding, drilling, and assembly. Plan and allocate manpower to meet production schedules and targets. Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, purchase, and stores departments. Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity. Maintain production reports, shift records, and documentation. Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety and quality standards. Train and guide operators, welders, fitters, and helpers on the shop floor. Required Skills Strong knowledge of MS Fabrication and welding processes. Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and engineering drawings. Experience in shop floor supervision, manpower handling, and production planning.
