We are looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspections, process monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products. Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. Monitor production processes to minimize defects and improve product quality. Conduct root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation. Perform internal process audits and support customer audits. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Dial Gauges, and Gauges. Ensure adherence to ISO/IATF quality management systems and company procedures. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T. Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques. Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, CAPA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
