Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination. Prepare and maintain office records, files, and documentation. Perform data entry and maintain reports using MS Excel and MS Word. Handle email correspondence and respond to customer enquiries. Assist in billing, invoicing, filing, and document management. Coordinate with accounts, purchase, sales, and other departments. Attend phone calls and maintain visitor records. Manage office stationery and ensure smooth administrative operations. Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks. Required Skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of email drafting and office documentation. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of Tally ERP will be an added advantage.
