Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Store Assistant to support daily store operations, maintain inventory records, and ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials. The candidate will assist in stock management, documentation, and coordination with production and purchase departments.

Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods. Maintain accurate stock records and inventory in registers or ERP systems. Handle material inward and outward entries. Assist in issuing materials to the production department as per requisitions. Conduct stock verification and support periodic inventory audits. Maintain proper documentation for GRN, delivery challans, and stock registers. Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of the store area. Required Skills Basic knowledge of store operations and inventory management. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software will be an added advantage. Good documentation and record-keeping skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
