We are looking for a skilled Grinder Man to perform grinding and finishing operations on machined and fabricated components. The candidate will be responsible for achieving the required dimensions, surface finish, and quality standards using various grinding machines and hand tools.

Key Responsibilities Operate surface grinders, pedestal grinders, bench grinders, and hand grinding tools. Perform grinding, deburring, polishing, and finishing of machined and fabricated components. Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications. Check components for dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Use Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and other measuring instruments for inspection. Ensure proper selection and maintenance of grinding wheels and tools. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and follow 5S and safety standards. Report machine or quality issues to the supervisor. Required Skills Knowledge of grinding operations and finishing techniques. Ability to read engineering drawings. Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection. Good understanding of surface finish requirements and tolerances. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
