Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Handle client enquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain client records, communication logs, and MIS reports. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products or services. Schedule client meetings and assist the sales team in business development activities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client retention. Required Skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and email communication. Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a target-oriented environment. Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
