We are looking for a skilled Turner to operate conventional lathe machines and manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, machining operations, quality inspection, and maintaining production standards.

Key Responsibilities Operate conventional lathe machines for turning, facing, boring, threading, drilling, and taper turning operations. Set up machines, cutting tools, and workpieces as per job requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets. Inspect finished components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Dial Gauges, Bore Gauges, and other measuring instruments. Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality standards are maintained. Perform routine machine maintenance and report any machine issues. Maintain production records and follow production schedules. Adhere to shop floor safety, quality, and 5S practices. Required Skills Strong knowledge of lathe machine operations and turning processes. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments. Good understanding of cutting tools, machining parameters, and tolerances. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
