Key Responsibilities Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and other metal materials. Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions. Prepare, align, fit, and weld components according to specifications. Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards. Perform grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work as required. Maintain welding equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance. Follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE during welding operations. Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
