Key Responsibilities Assist machine operators and technicians in daily production activities. Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods within the factory. Support assembly, packing, and dispatch operations as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Operate basic hand tools under the supervision of senior staff. Help in material handling, sorting, and storage. Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times. Perform other shop floor and general factory tasks assigned by the supervisor. Required Skills Basic knowledge of factory or production work. Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Good discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
