Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production activities to meet production schedules and targets. Monitor shop floor operations and ensure smooth workflow. Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently. Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications. Monitor production output and minimize downtime, wastage, and rework. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and dispatch departments for smooth operations. Maintain daily production reports and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S, and company policies. Train, guide, and motivate production staff to improve productivity and performance. Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
