• Key Responsibilities Execute and manage new product development (NPD) projects up to Start of Production (SOP). Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and timelines. Coordinate with design, production, quality, purchase, and customer teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage APQP activities and ensure compliance with customer requirements. Coordinate tool development, trial runs, and product validation. Handle PPAP documentation and submission activities. Manage Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and implement design or process changes. Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure SOP readiness by coordinating all project deliverables. Prepare project status reports, documentation, and MIS for management review. Required Skills Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, ECN, and Project Management methodologies.
