Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain company products/services and understand customer requirements. Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information. Follow up with leads, quotations, and customer responses. Maintain customer databases and update call records. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-ups. Achieve assigned calling targets and business development goals. Prepare daily call reports and maintain communication records. Required Skills Excellent communication and convincing skills. Good telephone etiquette and customer handling ability. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools. Target-oriented approach with good time management skills. Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
