Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer with experience in die casting and machining processes to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing cycle. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspections, process improvement, root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with customer and industry quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain quality standards in die casting and machining operations. Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection standards. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Indicator. Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve manufacturing processes. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and customer records. Handle customer complaints and support internal and external quality audits. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, quality systems, and company procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality. Required Skills Strong knowledge of die casting and machining processes.
