Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees. Conduct employee induction and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR initiatives. Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, and other labor laws. Monitor and track KRA/KPI-based performance management and support performance appraisal processes. Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Drive employer branding initiatives through job portals, social media, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
