Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's vehicle fleet and drivers. Plan and coordinate the transportation of raw materials, finished goods, and other shipments. Allocate vehicles and drivers based on delivery schedules and operational requirements. Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Maintain vehicle-related records, including RC, insurance, permits, PUC, fitness certificates, and service schedules. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, repairs, and breakdown support. Monitor driver attendance, duty schedules, trip logs, and performance. Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and logistics teams for smooth material movement. Verify transport bills, maintain logistics documentation, and prepare MIS reports. Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
