Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data and customer records. Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and resolve customer concerns promptly. Coordinate with the sales team to track leads and ensure timely follow-up. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Conduct customer feedback surveys and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM and marketing reports. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer support. Assist in digital marketing, social media activities, exhibitions, and promotional events, if required. Required Skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills. Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
