Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead and manage the overall Human Resources function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll oversight, and fostering a positive work culture aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Manage talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning. Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and statutory compliance. Drive performance management, including KRA/KPI setting, appraisals, and employee development. Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies. Prepare HR budgets, MIS reports, manpower reports, and management presentations.
