Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet production schedules. Read and interpret fabrication drawings, engineering drawings, and work instructions. Ensure fabrication work is carried out according to quality standards and customer specifications. Monitor productivity, minimize material wastage, and improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow. Inspect fabricated components before forwarding them for the next stage of production. Ensure proper use and maintenance of fabrication tools, welding machines, and equipment. Maintain daily production reports, manpower records, and documentation.
