Key Responsibilities Install, commission, and test machines and equipment at customer sites. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure minimum machine downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. Conduct machine inspections and recommend maintenance or replacement of parts. Read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals. Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and customer visit documentation. Coordinate with the production, design, and spare parts teams for timely issue resolution. Train customers on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and service protocols.
