Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Turner to operate conventional lathe machines and manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings. The candidate will be responsible for machining operations, quality inspection, and maintaining production standards while ensuring safe and efficient machine operation.

Key Responsibilities Operate conventional lathe (turning) machines to manufacture precision components. Perform machining operations such as turning, facing, drilling, boring, threading, grooving, and taper turning. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Select appropriate cutting tools, machine parameters, and fixtures for machining operations. Inspect finished components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Dial Gauges, and other precision measuring instruments. Ensure components meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain cleanliness of the work area. Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets. Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards. Required Skills Strong knowledge of conventional lathe machine operations. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
