• Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of fabricated components and welded assemblies. Inspect fabrication work as per engineering drawings, welding symbols, and customer specifications. Verify dimensions, fit-up, alignment, and welding quality before and after fabrication. Conduct visual inspection of welds and coordinate NDT (if applicable). Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Steel Scale, Measuring Tape, and Welding Gauges. Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, NCRs, CAPA reports, and quality documentation. Coordinate with production, welding, and design teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with WPS, PQR, ISO standards, and quality procedures. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues. Participate in internal, customer, and third-party quality audits. Required Skills Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding inspection, and quality
