Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs). Lead, motivate, and monitor the team's daily sales activities to achieve individual and team targets. Ensure successful merchant onboarding and customer acquisition. Promote company products and services, including expense cards, QR merchant onboarding, loan services, insurance products, and mutual fund account opening. Conduct regular field visits to support the sales team and develop new business opportunities. Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and customers. Ensure timely achievement of sales KPIs and business objectives.
