Key Responsibilities Plan, monitor, and supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules. Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials. Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations. Prepare daily production plans and ensure achievement of production targets. Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. Ensure compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and customer specifications. Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Maintain 5S, safety standards, and lean manufacturing practices on the shop floor. Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs. Ensure proper documentation of production records and process parameters.
