Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Account Assistant with 2 years of experience in factory operations to support day-to-day accounting activities and coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and dispatch departments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with factory-related accounting and documentation.

Key Responsibilities Record daily sales, purchase, cash, bank, and journal entries in Tally Prime / ERP. Process vendor invoices, purchase bills, and customer invoices. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting documentation. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledger accounts. Coordinate with stores, purchase, production, and dispatch departments for material and invoice reconciliation. Maintain records of GRNs, purchase orders, delivery challans, and stock-related documents. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Support monthly and annual account closing activities. Maintain proper filing of accounting and factory documents. Assist senior accountants during internal and statutory audits. Required Skills Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP and accounting principles. Understanding of factory accounting, inventory transactions, and purchase documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
