Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct telephonic interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads. Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offer letters, and joining formalities. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. Coordinate onboarding activities, including document verification and joining formalities. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Prepare recruitment reports and MIS for management review. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Required Skills Good knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Hands-on experience with job portals.
