Key Responsibilities Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions. Prepare technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tender documents. Coordinate with design, production, purchase, and sales teams for accurate costing and timely quotation submission. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with customers. Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and purchase orders to convert leads into business. Review customer specifications, drawings, and technical documents before order execution. Coordinate with customers throughout the order lifecycle, from enquiry to delivery. Maintain records of quotations, contracts, customer communications, and sales reports.
