Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for precision machining of components. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, loading and unloading jobs, tool setting, quality inspection, and achieving production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Operate VMC machines as per production plans and work instructions. Load and unload components, fixtures, and cutting tools safely. Perform tool setting, tool offset adjustments, and job setting as required. Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and job specifications. Inspect machined components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Monitor machining parameters and ensure components meet dimensional tolerances and quality standards. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Report machine abnormalities, tool wear, and production issues to the supervisor. Maintain production records and ensure achievement of daily production targets. Follow 5S, safety guidelines, and company quality standards on the shop floor. Required Skills Hands-on experience in VMC machine operation. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
