Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Turner to operate conventional lathe machines and manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and production requirements. The candidate will be responsible for machining operations, quality inspection, and maintaining productivity while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Operate conventional lathe (Turning) machines to machine precision components. Perform machining operations such as turning, facing, drilling, boring, threading, knurling, grooving, and taper turning. Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and technical specifications. Select appropriate cutting tools, machine speeds, and feeds for different materials. Set up jobs, align workpieces, and ensure dimensional accuracy during machining. Inspect finished components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain cleanliness of the work area. Report machine issues, tool wear, and quality concerns to the supervisor. Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards. Follow 5S practices, safety guidelines, and company quality procedures.
