Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Fixture Maintenance to manage the maintenance, repair, and development of BIW (Body-in-White) assembly fixtures. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring fixture availability, supporting new product development, maintaining fixture documentation, and improving equipment reliability to achieve uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of BIW assembly fixtures. Develop and modify fixtures to support new product development (NPD) activities. Create and maintain 3D models using Unigraphics (UG/NX) for fixture modifications and improvements. Support and troubleshoot robotic spot welding fixtures to ensure smooth production. Prepare and maintain ECN (Engineering Change Note) and fixture-related documentation. Monitor fixture performance and implement corrective actions to improve reliability. Prepare and follow the Fixture Preventive Maintenance (PM) Schedule. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Robotics, and Engineering teams to resolve fixture-related issues. Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and breakdown analysis. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
