We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to ensure product quality by implementing and monitoring quality assurance systems in a manufacturing environment. The candidate should have hands-on experience in press shop activities, projection welding, PPAP documentation, customer complaint handling, and IATF 16949 quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Monitor and control incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific quality requirements. Handle quality assurance activities related to Press Shop and Projection Welding processes. Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation and customer quality documents. Investigate and resolve customer complaints using root cause analysis and corrective actions. Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments. Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, NCRs, CAPA, and audit documentation. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Customer teams to resolve quality-related issues. Participate in internal, customer, and third-party quality audits. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process capability.
