The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, monitoring production processes, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily production activities to achieve production schedules and targets. Allocate manpower, machines, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity. Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes and minimize production downtime. Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Purchase, and Stores departments for uninterrupted production. Monitor machine utilization, production output, and rejection levels, and implement corrective actions. Train and guide production operators on work instructions, safety practices, and quality standards. Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily MIS reports. Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM practices on the shop floor. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity
