The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, material handling, quality inspection, and ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Laser Cutting Machines as per production schedules and work instructions. Set up machines, load programs, and adjust machine parameters for different materials and thicknesses. Read and interpret engineering drawings, cutting layouts, and production plans. Load and unload raw materials and finished components safely. Monitor cutting quality and make necessary parameter adjustments to achieve accurate dimensions. Inspect cut components using Vernier Caliper, Measuring Tape, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Identify machine faults and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution. Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality documentation. Follow 5S, safety guidelines, and company quality standards at all times.
