Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs to minimize machine downtime. Assemble, dismantle, align, and install machine parts and mechanical assemblies. Replace worn-out components such as bearings, belts, gears, shafts, couplings, seals, and bushes. Perform machine alignment, leveling, lubrication, and routine maintenance activities. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, and maintenance manuals. Coordinate with electrical and production teams for effective machine troubleshooting. Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and machine history reports. Ensure proper use of maintenance tools and equipment. Follow 5S, TPM, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules. Support installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
