Key Responsibilities Operate industrial robots for welding, material handling, assembly, or automation processes. Load and unload components into robotic workstations and ensure proper fixture positioning. Monitor robot operations and ensure smooth production without interruptions. Perform basic robot teaching and minor program adjustments as required. Inspect finished components for quality using measuring instruments and visual inspection methods. Identify and report robot faults, alarms, and equipment issues to the maintenance or robotics team. Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of robotic cells. Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments to resolve operational issues. Follow 5S, safety procedures, and company quality standards while working with robotic equipment.
