Key Responsibilities Program, operate, and troubleshoot industrial robots used in manufacturing and welding applications. Perform robot teaching, calibration, and offline/online programming for production requirements. Maintain and optimize robotic welding cells to improve productivity and quality. Coordinate robot commissioning, installation, and integration with PLCs and automation systems. Diagnose and resolve robot, servo, and automation-related breakdowns to minimize downtime. Monitor robot cycle time, process parameters, and equipment performance for continuous improvement. Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams for smooth manufacturing operations. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records for robotic systems. Support new model development, line modifications, and automation improvement projects. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, safety standards, and company operating procedures.
