Key Responsibilities Manage New Product Development (NPD) activities from concept to production. Coordinate with customers, design, production, quality, and purchase teams for successful product development. Review customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements. Develop manufacturing processes and ensure product feasibility. Prepare and maintain APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, and other development documents. Conduct prototype development, product trials, validation, and sample approvals. Coordinate product testing, dimensional validation, and process capability studies. Implement engineering changes (ECN/ECR) and maintain development records. Support cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer standards, and internal quality procedures.
