Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inspector to perform inspection of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for conducting dimensional inspections, maintaining inspection records, and supporting quality assurance activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and finished products. Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications. Identify and report non-conforming products and coordinate with production for corrective actions. Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation as per company standards. Verify product dimensions, visual appearance, and workmanship before dispatch. Support first-piece inspection, process validation, and final product approval. Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality standards and customer requirements. Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality policies on the shop floor.
