The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, machining operations, quality inspection, and maintaining productivity while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Operate lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, and other machine tools to manufacture precision components. Set up machines, fixtures, cutting tools, and workpieces as per job requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and technical specifications. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters. Perform machining operations while maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Inspect machined components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Perform routine machine maintenance, lubrication, and housekeeping. Identify machining defects and take corrective actions to minimize rejection. Maintain production records and ensure achievement of daily production targets. Follow 5S, safety procedures, and company quality standards on the shop floor.
