Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer – Shop Supervisor to supervise daily shop floor operations, monitor production activities, and ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, coordinating with various departments, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Location: Nanekarwadi, Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily shop floor activities and ensure smooth production operations. Allocate manpower, machines, and materials as per the production plan. Monitor production output and ensure achievement of daily production targets. Ensure compliance with quality standards, work instructions, and customer specifications. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Stores departments for uninterrupted operations. Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and rejection, and implement corrective actions. Train and guide operators on standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety practices. Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and shop floor documentation. Ensure implementation of 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices. Monitor discipline, safety, and housekeeping on the shop floor. Assist senior engineers in process improvement and productivity enhancement activities.
