Key Responsibilities Manage the company's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Create and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting across all platforms. Respond to customer comments, messages, and online enquiries professionally. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports. Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for content creation and promotional activities. Assist in running paid social media campaigns and lead generation activities. Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
