We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer – Supplier Quality Control to monitor and improve supplier quality performance. The candidate will be responsible for supplier part inspection, quality issue resolution, documentation, and coordination with suppliers to ensure defect-free material supply as per customer and company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Perform supplier part inspection and ensure incoming materials meet quality requirements. Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier improvement activities. Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials, components, and assemblies. Analyze supplier defects and coordinate with suppliers for corrective actions. Prepare and follow up on NCR, CAPA, 8D reports, and quality improvement actions. Visit supplier locations for quality audits, process checks, and issue resolution (if required). Verify supplier process capability and compliance with customer requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Maintain supplier quality records, inspection reports, and documentation. Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality teams for supplier-related issues
