Key Responsibilities Perform Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of finished products before shipment. Conduct final inspection as per customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Perform visual and dimensional checks of components and assemblies. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other inspection tools. Verify product appearance, workmanship, labeling, packing, and documentation before dispatch. Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conforming products. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, PDI checklists, and quality records. Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for defect rectification and final approval. Ensure only approved products are released for dispatch. Support customer audits and quality improvement activities.
