Key Responsibilities Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online platforms. Create and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and company website. Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing channels. Handle customer enquiries received through websites, social media, email, and phone. Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents as required. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools. Assist in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing activities. Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and prepare sales and marketing reports. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
