Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Dispatch Engineer to manage dispatch planning, logistics coordination, and timely delivery of finished goods. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with production and stores, and maintaining smooth dispatch operations while meeting customer delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods as per customer schedules. Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch. Verify materials, quantities, and product quality before dispatch. Prepare and maintain dispatch documents such as Delivery Challans, Invoices, Packing Lists, E-Way Bills, and Transport Documents. Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for on-time deliveries. Monitor shipment status and update customers regarding delivery schedules. Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and loading of materials. Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and daily dispatch MIS reports. Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with customers for delivery requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and logistics procedures
