Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to perform inspection activities and ensure that products meet required quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for checking incoming, in-process, and final products, maintaining inspection records, and supporting quality improvement activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components and finished products. Inspect products as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming products. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and rejection reports. Perform first-piece inspection and support production quality checks. Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality issues. Ensure proper identification and segregation of rejected materials. Support PDI, customer inspection, and audit activities. Follow 5S, safety practices, and company quality procedures on the shop floor.
