The candidate will be responsible for manpower handling, process monitoring, and coordinating with different departments for smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily production activities as per production plans and schedules. Manage manpower allocation and ensure efficient utilization of resources. Achieve daily production targets while maintaining product quality and productivity. Monitor machine operations, production output, rejection levels, and downtime. Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, and Purchase departments for smooth workflow. Train and guide operators on production processes and standard operating procedures. Maintain production records, shift reports, and daily MIS reports. Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor. Identify production issues and take corrective actions to improve efficiency. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in the production area.
